Tagging public letters
Be able to tag public letters/file them under certain topics. Reading the book showed me how universal some struggles are, and this might make letters easier to find.

Being able to attach more than one photo to an email. I'd like to add multiple because I can't fit everything into one photograph.

Allow you to bolden, italicize, and underline your letters for more expression and clarity.
That way we could write to our future-selves about works of literature, etc. with the proper writing conventions!
It's also nice to be able to be able to REALLY emphasize something with the added tools.3 votes -

Add voice mail capabilities. Or maybe even video!
