Letter encoding errors?
If your letter (in Arabic or another non-latin character language) from a long time ago looks messed up...sorry about that. It's a long story having to do with default language encodings of databases not quite being "international-friendly" back in 2002 when we set this up.
We were able to fix the bug in 2012, but letters written before then in some languages are scrambled.
